“Just stating the facts”, yet strangely you didn’t feel compelled to expound on:
Their hieght, the colour of length of their hair, the color of their clothes, their wieght or any number of other things that could describe who they are.
You only pointed out the the things that made them seem undesirable (tramps, literer’s (not a real word), dope smokers).
The race of the individuals involved is a fact. Your choice to make it a part your story telling is a CHOICE, because it has really nothing to do with what happened. It was part of your decision to characterize the individuals as “people you wanted no part of”.
Do you really always note people’s race in your story telling?

We should thank the OP for his candor, in explaining the series of decisions that lead to a bottle being thrown at him, and it could teach us proper vigilance.
Lets take humans out of it. He saw 2 Rottweilers with bitches, they were occupied, getting high and having bit of a party. He decided that to go park by 3 marauding Chow Chows who had nothing but time and beer in their hands.

Im willing to guess if you go through all of your posts about other people, you won’t find instances of you calling people out as WHITE. Just a hunch.
Ask yourself of all the descriptors you can use to describe people, why is RACE important? It isn’t in other countries.
You might not mean anything by it. So instead of getting all defensive, just say something like “Ah, totally didn’t intend for it to seem that way. Point taken. Sorry”. It’s not weakness. Just empathy.
Not a lawyer, just a guy who likes cars and doesn’t like BS.

People put too much energy into finding something to be outraged about these days IMO. Race isn't important in his original narrative. Neither IMO is being called out about it. Nobody is right. Many have become overly-sensitive seeking out things that confirm or reinforce our existing opinions. Lol
It would be great to be able to just talk about ****ing cars, or about a fine roofing job, or a nice painting, or great food, without ****ing controversy having to erupt at every turn.

You are calling out the black part EXCLUSIVELY and making a HUGE deal about it by putting it in your name.
As you can tell by using your own logic against you (right or wrong) anyone could, in a debate ask you why YOU decided to put the word BLACK in your moniker. Never mind that it was your story and your decision, it OBVIOUSLY HAD to have been racially motivated? Really? Nah so ...just be like the chick in Frozen and just "Let it go, let it go....

I didnt make it about race the OP did when they went out of their way to include the race of the people, even though it has nothing to do with what happened.
I am however the the only person calling him out on it.
Heres a thought, if you only reference people by their race when they are committing a crime, you’re probably a racist. And if you can’t see that, you are a part of the problem.

If your goal, by the way, is to exterminate actual racism, (as is mine), I've found that jumping on these little things causes a backlash effect. It's human nature. Big picture stuff is where to focus energy, not one person at a time. IMHO.

If you want 'friends' make common ground with your average person, drive a POS car and complain about your day. Like the Asian kid in the Grand Torino movie barber shop scene.
If you want to be hated, avoided (except for gold diggers) show that you are upper class, drive a nice car etc.
Always been that way. Sadly, many people buy a car like the F-Type believing they will be more well-liked. Nothing could be further from the truth.
When I used to hang at bars I'd tell people I worked at Plaid Pantry as a manager. People gravitated toward me as they didn't have to feel insecure or threatened.
A bottle thrower is just 'saying' - my life sucks and I want yours to suck also.
