I also want to make sure this will pass NYS emissions. What does the exhaust include? Is this a cat back? full exhaust?

It is an axle-back valvetronic exhaust. Straight bolt on, no emissions affect whatsoever. We have currently got 3 buyers, 4 including yourself so would be $1996 + shipping, $1746.50 if one more steps up.

These are not insubstantial systems, and with full valve control. There's a lot of work and materials that go into them.

Coming out of an M3 with a similar aftermarket exhaust base. Things get pricey.

Your OEM Jaguar Exhaust has valves in it already, which are controlled in different modes by load/RPM values but also by the button on your console to open & close them.

So your VelocityAP system works exactly the same, just is much more aggressive when the valves are open.

 

Gotcha. Coming out of an M3 that I used a JB4 which controlled the valves; left them open all the time. I also sent another message but I might be too new around here and just waiting for an admin to approve it.

Its basically the exact same stock exhaust functions but louder. Otherwise everything else should function the same.
