Default Group Buy: (4) 17mm hubcentric adapters/spacers

Calling all new F-Type owners...

OK guys I just called Lenny down at Motorsport Tech, the guys who did the GB for the elder members (40 units) and we are going to do a round two.

The advantage now is the adapter will be at 17mm which now PREVENTS THE NEED TO DO ANY CUTTING OF YOUR STUD!

This is huge as it will save us time and money. These are now a true DYI without the needed in involvement of expensive wheel companies or machine shops. No grinding at home.

I was quoted $245 shipped for one set but was told that we would all get $50 off if we can get 10 or more people involved.

Delivery will be within a week!

Please express your interest here, in this post.

I will post before and after pictures so you can see the difference!

Want to thank VIC55 for his original post that offered his advice and pics from round one.

Good job! It makes good sense to go 2mm extra to avoid stud grinding, and the miniscule extra width just won't make any difference.

You might want to go back to edit the price you quoted. It sounds expensive, and I hope it's a typo. $245 sounds more like it, and that is a very good price for the quality you're getting. $50 off if you get enough people is icing on the cake.

He said he'd need to do a huge run to match the price you guys got but he'll do his best. He remembered you guys. I'm doubting I can get a run like you had but we'll see if we can get the 10. This crowd seems to be a very "you first" group. Thanks for putting your stamp on the idea Foosh.

My pleasure, I believe in the product, and you can't go wrong. Lenny's shop does high-quality work for serious gear heads.

If they'll ship to the UK (obviously at increased cost) I'll take a set.

Yes, you're in. I asked and they can indeed ship internationally. When it comes time, I'll post your shipping total.

Thanks for being first to be in. It'll be the best money you'll ever spend in terms of making your car look as it should!

FWIW, I ordered 17mm spacers from Lenny a year ago. They fit fine with no need to trim any of the studs. Lenny was great to work with.

And how much better does your car look now with the wider stance?

Cmon guys, we need 5 more then were a go. $50 off is 20% and Lenny said he'd do a continuous run and get them all finished and shipped out within 72 hours!!

How can you hold out after comparing the before and after pics? Night and day. Let's do it!

I don't have anything from daytime at the moment, but you can see how it fills out the rear in this shot:

Lower the car by 1-1.5" and it will look perfect.
