You have to use the PK supplied lug nuts as they are a spherical or conical seat nut that are properly shaped for the wheels. The OEM nuts are a mag seat with washer and won’t fit those wheels properly. You could order something else that fits, but I didn’t find the quality of those provided to be sub-standard.
Yep... what ^^he^^ said
Funny, because the Avant Garde wheels I put on my wife's BMW used the nasty stock bolts. Mostly hidden, but still not what I would want.
Thanks Gents, just a subjective thought, but I didn't compare them with oem, but will once I have the new wheels on and old ones off. PK threw in a set of black and chrome for me at no charge. I should have the wheels this week sometime.

I like the fact that all of the PK nuts require a special socket. It’s like having 20 wheel locks instead of just 4. Maybe not as secure as a real lock, but will slow the thieves down that don’t have the socket and will make wheel changes faster for those of us who do.
Thanks Tork; I can follow with the photo of the nuts, as long as it is uncensored. I did check the nuts and the important tool did come with them. I do need to weigh them also, to see what they came in at. Seem pretty light, but they will be heavier than the monoblock forged. It was snowing here today, so still waiting for weather to get the jag out of storage.
Received and installed my set of VS Forged wheels from PK Auto Design a couple of weeks ago. Went with the VS06 as I like less spokes and feel it visually "lightens" the car (also looks going for the same effect as the storm wheels). Went with a double dark tint finish on the wheel face and black on the barrel. Thanks Paul and Unhingd for the group buy!
Great choice on the finish! Matches your (wrapped?) car perfectly
Haha thanks, it's a wrap. Definitely got lucky on that though, chose the wheels back in November and definitely didn't envisage I'd get the car wrapped grey from its factory white!
The new HCA381's were put on car today as well as a refresh on the Ceramic Pro coating.Good for another 12 months. It wasn't the best day due to cold rain and detailer put car outdoors as they were closing when I went to pick up. I'll take better pictures when weather is good and post to picture thread.
Sexy, now maybe get that side skirt wrapped in black?
Thanks. I actually like it white, when it's clean. I have waffled on the black. Currently wrapped in clear. I did a quick sketch over of the skirts in black and it does make the car look sleeker. I think it needs the slotted and drilled rotors now with lowering springs. Just needs funding.
I am so happy and thankful that I was referred to this thread! Jaguny! Thank you! I am looking to purchase a set of vs forged rims for my F type as well now.
Here is my dilemma! I recently placed an order for 4 rims from a different company and it was the last set. UPS lost one of the rims on me. Yes just my luck. Please see the photo below for the rims I ordered. I am trying to get as close to this style as possible going with VS. I believe VS14, VS10, VS09, and VS07 are my closest choices. What do you all think? I currently have a black f type with maroon/candy apple colored rims but wanted to go to a lighter gold style like pictured. I am probably going back to black now I guess lol. Any suggestions?
