Smile Happy New Year message to all F Type members

Hello Guys...
I just want to wish all of you a Happy New Year, going into 2016. This Jaguar message board is simply amazing ! The guys here are very helpful , especially the experienced guys who have a lot of knowledge with the F Type R coupe. I hope 2016 will be a very good year for all of you .*
Cheers Guys !

PS ... I'll be going to my local Jag dealership during the month of January to see if I can make my car deal happen. I appreciate any and all advise you guys give to do the sales transaction with discounting for a 2017 model R coupe.

Default I use to be a BMW guy ...

I stated this in a previous post . Had a supercharged M5 by DINAN. Had a lot of fun with that car. Sold it and now I want to get the R Type coupe . The car looks sexy, its fast as hell and the exhaust sound is magic !!! BMW in my opinion has lost there touch. They need to learn there lesson from Jaguar. BMW M division should be embarrassed when putting M car next to R Type coupe. That's why I'm gunning for the F Type R coupe .

I'd take my S over any M series BMW any day. Nothing stands out about them anymore. The F-Type is an experience... Aside from an i8, the rest are just cars IMO.

Agreed ... !
BMW isn't special anymore . they are as one would say,
"me too" cars. Every highschool kid in my area drives a BMW, including M3 cars. I'm done with BMW. let's be honest , BMW is producing cars for the masses. No longer for the hardcore enthusiast guy like myself. BMW X6, X4, are horrible designs. They ruined the X5 as it no longer looks masculine. M6 missed its mark with its looks. M5 is a bloated fat pig of a car.
I could go on ... and on.
BMW = NO GOOD.

I agree with you. I think the M6 could have been an absolute beast, aesthetically! Missed the mark on that one though, I'd say. They just don't seem to want to push the envelope.

Surprise when I picked up my F-Type S in February: Country of origin was more than 50% German. The F-Type was designed with a British heart and a British soul -- and the best of German engineering.
I'm grateful for everyone on this forum -- and for everything I've accomplished in this world to be in a position to put an F-Type in my garage. How alive are you?
and it's GREAT to be bad!
Happy New Years All!

OK the car cover was a stupid accessory; I've only used it once.
Without the cover she gets dirty faster and I get to wash her more often...
