Has anyone changed a headlight bulb? I put new one in and it doesn't work. A lot harder going back in than taking out. It did still have bright and drl worked now I've lost that too. Any help?

 

I have changed the headlight bulbs (both sides) twice and no problems either time so not sure what you have done wrong.
All I can think is that you have not reconnected the multi-plug on the back of the assembly properly or maybe you bent one or more of the pins, so I suggest you pull the plug, inspect/clean/repair it, then plug it back in.

Now I can't get new bulb to stay in while I attrempt to replug. Any steps I've missed? What about plastic lever on side?

 

May have to pay my mechanic, he'll probably to remove whole headlight assembly, unless he's done this before!

My right side headlight failed recently. I took it to my local indy who replaced it for $25 labor. Apparently he figured out how to do it without removing the entire headlight.
