Default Help with Bluetooth issues 17 F-type R with Meridian (echo for callers)

Hi aside from making a trip to the dealer, is there some way to change the settings on Bluetooth phone calls? When callers are on the phone with me there is a brief pause and they can hear themselves talking about a 1/2 a second later louder than my own voice and has a lot of road noise?

It's as if the microphone doesn't turn off while they are talking.

Thanks!!

Sounds like a carrier issue. Who’s your cell provider?

Don’t suppose your phone is set to speakerphone, and maybe BT doesn’t turn off its microphone?

How’s that for a WAG (wild-*** guess)?

I had a similar issue on my 2017 SVR. Less of the echo but lots of road noise, really hard for them to hear me. When it was in for service they identified the issue, and I believe it was a software patch / reapplied and it is much better now.
