Since this thread has woken up again, I'll add my update:

Daily driven but my commute is deliberately less than when I had my previous car (commute time was grinding the life out of me) and I get to telecommute a bit more as well.

2016 V6S
25K miles
Some warranty work (clutch, battery, antenna, misc. little stuff)
CQuartz at about 8K miles
VAP Tune at about 10K miles
Unhingd-style short-shifter at about 16K miles
Michelin Pilot Sport 4S at about 15K miles
Wortec 2-piece brake rotors sitting in the garage

2017 Base purchased October 2016.
11,000 miles.
One free oil change - my car has been simply Flawless!

(Maybe it's because I only have 340 horsepower :-(( ) If I didn't have 3 1/2 years left on the warranty, I'd do something about that!

2015 R with 25K miles.

unfortunately not daily driven since my work commute is only 5 minutes. But I do drive it every chance I get after work.

no maintenance costs yet since the car is new to me (2 months old). However.... mod costs are high lol

2014 V8S. 33,000 miles since July of 2015. So far been minimal maintenance. Tires and a new windshield the only major outlays.

2014 V8S. 36k. No major warranty issues (stereo rattle, seat heaters) all fixed. Tires are the most expensive items.

Miles are not racking up nearly as fast since I retired.

24k miles on a 2016. 3 clutch replacements, a new fuel filler neck, and a new set of tires @ 17k miles.

2015 R Coupe, 9900 miles
New to me at 9350.
Warranty replacement of transmission began on day 1. Car was sold to me with a problem.
Runs strong now! It's insane actually.
Rear tires are done. Going with MPS4S on 21's: it will be a surprise
I guess I should order some replacement O2 sensors :P

2014 V8S - 56.5k miles.

Warranty work:
  • 2 O2 sensors
  • driver headlamp bulb (burner as they call it)
  • squeak in exhaust - replace whole muffler assembly
  • wear on shift lever - replace whole assembly
  • seam separation on passenger seat cover - replaced
  • center rising vents malfunctioning - replaced
  • hood loose/rattling - adjusted latch hoop
Out of warranty:
  • Broken connecting bar in convertible top cover flap driver side.
So far nothing for major mechanical but a lot of little things going wrong. JLR has spent a good amount replacing items.

adjusted latch hoop? Hmmm I think I may need that. Many times when accelerating, there's some creaking noise behind me and it's not the seat
