I tried a search and find nothing, my 2014 F type steering wheel left side (ok, menu and arrows) controls have stopped working - while my right side cruise and heated wheel work) - read, after much searching on google - to do a infotainment reset (already tried battery negative cable reset) Held my power button (next to shifter) for 30 seconds and nothing happened ... any ideas or suggestions??

I had a similar issue when I purchased my F-Type. The solution was to replace the switch module. They are not cheap-$180 as I recall. I’d look on eBay. I got mine from Harper Jaguar-they seem to have frequent sales on parts. Good luck.
