Amazon just delivered my latest diagnostic tool. An ICarsoft CR MAX. My old Innova tools were just too out of date to be useful on newer cars and can't do any service functions.

Can't wait to try it out on my cars - especially the F-Type.

 

Update:

Tried to use the CR Max on my 2021 Mazda 3 Turbo Hatchback to put the EPB into maintenance mode. Even after an update It doesn't support that function for my car. In fact is doesn't appear to even recognize any of the newer Mazda cars with a 2.5 Turbo engine.

So far this isn't looking good.

 

Update 2:

Tried the tool on a late model Nissan and Toyota. Does not support any of the service functions but like for the Mazda can see engine trouble codes but not for any other systems. I would say the support for Asian vehicles appears to be rudimentary at best. Did not try it on the on my Jaguar I am so disappointed.

Unit is being sent back.
