Hi all! Nice to see some familiar usernames still posting here. I'm picking up a 2017 F-TYPE this coming weekend. Can anyone whether or not their 2017 has the Incontrol Remote and Protect aka vehicle monitoring and remote start? This applies to US spec models. My 2016 had it standard but I know there was a shakedown on the F-TYPE lineup in 2017..right around when I left JLRNA where they deleted a lot of standard equipment.

US 2017 here, can confirm mine came with incontrol app support, which includes remote start. No idea if that was standard for the year or a option.

Yes, my 2017 US spec has the in control and remote start too.

 

US 2017 V6S here WITH In Control and RS...I understand that it is Dealer Standard all the way through warranty then come the charges.

I really do not know what I am talkin about....but my horses believe it.

 

Thanks for the replies! I'm picking up a very loaded base...the red seat belts sealed the deal.

 

My R has red seat belts as well. It seems Jaguar has so many color combos in this car it amazes me.
