Thumbs up Jaguar R Coupe exhaust versus Maserati Stradale exhaust

Hey guys,
It's my opinion that Jaguar hit the bulls eye with the Jaguar F Type car design and then going ***** to the walls with a high performance version of the F Type, having the R Type coupe. I think Jaguar figured out what BMW and Mercedes couldn't figure out with there exhaust systems. Buyers want hardcore aggressive good sounding exhaust systems with these cars. Almost all BMW enthusiasts immediately dump the stock exhaust system on the M3 and M5 and also M6 cars for a louder exhaust system. There's no debating this fact. Spending thousands of extra dollars to get the right sound from the car. Jaguar addressed this issue from the get go and came out with an amazing sounding exhaust system that needs no swapping out in my opinion. It's perfect to my ears. So now to my question, which exhaust sounds better, a Maserati Stradale or The Jaguar F Type R Coupe exhaust . Both are very aggressive sounding exhaust systems. There isn't much on YouTube to make a honest comparison . Last, with respect to design, I think it's a total compliment that people think the Jaguar F Type resembles the body of an Aston Martin and also saying the car looks like a Maserati .

I've got to say that I really love the Maserati's exhaust character. I almost bought the same car a while back and loved that sound. The Jag is loud and raucous, which I like, but lacks the exotic sound. Of course I love my Jag, but that Italian V8...sex. Too bad they are so slow.

To my ear, the Maserati sounds better. The Jaguar V8 exhaust note borders on obnoxious. The Maserati is more resonant.

+1. The R is just too raspy, no resonance. I think the V6 would fare better against the Stradale.

we have an mc stradale in collection

before the f-type came along, it was the king of the v8's in terms of sound and crackles (same engine tune as the alfa 8c) - problem is it makes all this noise but doesn't really go anywhere lol

but f-type is on another level in both sound and acceleration

Our Maser Ghibli has a very sexy exhaust, one of the selling points. When it starts up at preset higher rpm everyone looks. I like Jag, but it is more brutish, Italians probably do the best exhaust sounds, if nothing else.

Maserati definitely does a better job at a low rpm.
I'm not sure which I prefer overall though. It's awesome when my f type screams so loud my ears nearly bleed.

Exhaust note sound appeal is largely tied to performance...if the car does not move but sounds good it does nothjng for me...has to be able to back up the sound...hence jag FTW

I think they both would sound even better in person. The audio isn't the best.

I love the sound of my R, right out of the box

Maserati has always been the standard to aspire to. To me it still maintains the edge. Not necessarily in overall volume but the note is just sublime.
