See? Restraint.

OK please listen carefully. This scenario has already been played out on the F-Type Facebook group. In the end you had to leave when they all had enough laughs. It's really funny that you make those blonde comments because you used your real profile on Facebook and making sexually oriented comments or thinking that you are Fabio is a very distant dream. How about you stop seeking attention and enjoy the group, learn from it and be a constructive member? The open letter, the outlandish power claims, the racing boasting etc. It's not going to get you the praises and the idol status you seek. Try a friendlier and more down to earth approach, it's getting old and for me this is just an encore.

In fairness, the GT3 is not super expensive. His blonde chick looked newer than the car. She wanted me so bad. He waved himself off politely. Good dude. Observations:

Runs were from approx 75 to 130, no doubt the worst place for his 339 ft-lb VW motor.

Jag +130 WHP (+31%)
Jag +180 Ft-lbs (+53%)
Jag +2 Cylinders
Jag +1L displacement
Jag 267 pounds lighter
Jag 110 lb girl lighter
Jag 20+ car lengths ahead before mercy
Jag vert top-down
Both RWD
Porsche sounded like a Shop Vac

In fairness, not fair.

Again nonsense.

A 911 GT3 , say 2014 known as 991.1, has 470Hp, weighs 3153lbs (your fat chick is 3671lbs). On a bad day it does 0-60 in 3.5sec...
Truth in objective numbers.

Truth in objective numbers.
The VW Porsche GT3 sports 500 BHP (vs 554 WHP) generated from a truly pathetic 339 ft-lbs of torque needing an utterly abysmal 8500 red line. It weighes 3917 pounds.

In terms of raw power, it is ouclassed by 3 or 4 classes by my mildly tuned V8 S. It was in no way competitive. Nor could it be. Seriously now, it's weak AF.

As I said off the bat, this was totally unfair.

Take your own advice. I guess now you think the two videos above are CGI?

You walked right into those. Ha, too funny! Guilty as charged.

https://www.caranddriver.com/reviews...-drive-review/

Just in case you want to pick the newest model, 2018+ is also known as 991.2 GT3. It has 513hp and weighs 3153lbs...several testers reached 0-60 in 2.9 with it....

No matter how you spin it, your numbers, as usual, are wrong. Too bad you aren't close to me or I would love to see how you give a 6 cylinder 20 cars... I have a 6 cylinder perfect for the occasion.

His numbers are not remotely on par.

Not that it matters. That VW was not competitive, real world.

I knew it would be a red headed beating, and I thought twice about embarrassing the poor guy in front of his girl. But he initiated it.

How did I know he'd get his teeth kicked in? When a car has no torque, but a respectable 3.8s to 60 (in the link above, but Jag's 0-60 times are goofed up too)... guess what that means? Low gearing.

We started around 75, he was plain stupid to want that fight. Any F-Type would have crushed him, even an AWD. He should have never kicked the hornet's nest.

Dejavu, luckily the people in this forum are just as wise as on Facebook. Enjoy you rocket propelled F-Type. If you ever visit the Northeast US let me know, I’d love to see your F-Type in action.

I'd actually love to see your car run -- are you running the stock ZF8? Or are you a 6mt?

This is the only video that matters to me when performance matters... Real world.
No Launch, just a mellow takeoff, 1/4 mile long.... and that's a 10.6 1/4mi car (and a V6)

I had a "Volkswagen" 911 before this, it was considerably faster.

Get a dashcam and let's see some videos of these "kills"

It's definitley not a rocket. My car dynos within 1% of both manufacturers' claimed HP numbers for its two, fairly mild upgrades. I can't tune it, I'm in warranty for two more years. The pulley is pushing it but only $200 at risk.

People just don't understand how mean the RWDs are with 10-15% more power than AWD and 200 pounds lighter. Then bump it to 640.

Than what? Exactly.

A GT3 is slow AF compared to any V8 RWD F-Type. Are you serious? Its got a 9000 RPM red line and still makes way less WHP.

Do you know what a 9000 RPM red line should tell the car nubes and VW diehards who buy vacuum cleaners with Sport Cup tires?

Here's your new Volkswagon Beetle. We know it has no torque so we took it out on you, the customer. Please muliply x2 when stating your mileage to the next victim. Be super-careful not to race anything with an engine. Enjoy.

My phone was hanging right next to the wheel, but I thought, filming your own death is even dumber than not filming it.

Rude is not using the search function. You want me to repeat a whole thread or two for you?

I wonder if it is his dad's F-type and he doesn't really know what was done to it insofar as mods.

Perhaps it's time to lock this puppy up, as it can only go further down hill from here.

When an exceptionally patient, knowledgeable moderator asks a question, snark is not the recommended response..

Sounds like a good idea.
