Default Leaky pumpkin prop shaft

So while up in the air, we found this leaky spot slinging grease. Its between the Prop Shaft and the Pumpkin. Is this a "Pinion seal leak"? If so, what the fix? Small thin gasket or expensive bearing?
see pic.

Perhaps one of the Moderators can move your post to the X152 forum. You've posted in the X200 forum for 1999 to 2008 S-Type vehicles.
