2021 F-Type R. I've only put like 100 miles on it. It is a rebuilt title from water damage- so I suspect electrical issues. I'm pretty confident it wasn't doing this a week ago. When I depress the brake, both tail lights appear to be working correctly at the same/similar intensity.

Any thoughts from the group on diagnosis?

Connect the wiring from the right taillight to the left and see if you get the same results. It should tell you if it's the light or the wiring.
