Light around fan speed not on ?
Probably should pop that panel out (pretty easy) and check to see if maybe the bulb is out on the back? Car is ~7 years old now (2014 from your sig), so could have just burned out? Unlikely anyone on the forum will be able to diagnose your issue by looking at a picture of the front of the panel?
Good luck

Does someone have a tip to removing that panel without breaking anything ?
There is plenty of information on removing interior panels. It's all there for a few keystrokes in the search box. You'll find your answers there.

Using plastic pry tool remove the gear stick surround and the plastic trim above the climate control unit. Then it is just a few screws and unclipping the wiring harness and it is out. Haven’t opened it so you will be the trailblazer Should be easy enough to isolate the central dial light to troubleshoot. Good luck
definite agree it is a led as ring is completely uniform in light intensity all the way around. What we are saying is that you have to open the climatronic unit itself to find the fault on this. Wether it is worth it depends on him much the missing light annoys you and you level of comfort in these things. You could alway take it to your local electronic repair shop and ask them to do it as it is only going to be the LED itself or as previously said the solder joint to this LED
You know I did the same thing when I read this thread. I have a '14 V8 S - and mine light up and are linked to the overall brightness control for the dash.
Really odd...my '15 F-Type S has every option, every non-conflicting option, configurable ambient lighting, everything....but I have the chrome rings, no LED rings....too bad. And I did try the rheostat for the interior lighting - no joy. I am now very interested in why some have these and some do not.

You made me go out to the cold, dim garage and turn the lights on with the brightness all the way up.Nope.
But who cares? The center temp indicators serve to locate them if you need to look As if, you cannot adjust by feel).
