Finally got around to getting the F-TYPE lowered, spacers installed, and aligned using @Unhingd 's alignment settings.
I went with TAG Motorsports in San Diego as they've worked on F-TYPEs in the past and specialize in high end European cars. I decided with Eibach for their conservative drop (approx 0.5" front and 1.0" rear). I didn't want to shave my OEM studs by using off the shelf 15mm spacers that are commonly used with F-TYPEs so had custom 18mm spacers in anodized black by Adaptec/Motorsport Tech. I have the 20" OEM Tornado style wheels. I still had about 2mm clearance between the studs and the "pockets" behind the wheels.
Car feels significantly more planted and confident in turns. I always felt that the factory suspenion felt a little "crashy" and the Eibachs smoothed out the ride quality. I may opt to get the rear inner fender lip rolled as the rear tires rub when the suspension compresses on the most aggressive road dips...but its rare. Visually. the car has a more muscular and hunkered stanced with the Eibachs closing the fender gap and the spacers making the wheel fitment just about nearly flush with the body. @Unhingd ' alignment settings are a bit aggressive with the -2 degrees of camber so i'll have to keep an eye out on the inner tire wear even with the the correct toe to offset some the camber.
Another side-effect is that with the wider stance, my front wheels are kicking significantly more road debris and gravel. I took this as an opportunity to have my local bodyshop remove the factory rocker panels, refinish them in the factory finish, and wrap them entirely in PPF vs the little square of PPF from the factory that long since yellowed.
