So...
Even if I replace OEM pacifier with the tube offered by Mina , it doesn't really bring dramatic change on S/C whine.
Should change oem filter with cone filter that will increase the sound of S/C.
As I ordered and changed upper intake expecting only S/C whine , I don't really want to do uncertain job.
Your job is really helpful for me in this regard.
Conclusion is..
Even if pacifier is replaced with lower mina tube, it won't give an effect on s/c whine.
Hm..
Don't know now how to do for my goal to hear S/C shine.
Give me an opportunity to replace the pacifier on the right side as well. The 2 sides in combination may be noticeable. My challenge with hearing the whine may be due to the loud exhaust note from the VAP Quad Valvetronic exhaust. Once the valves open over 4000rpm at full throttle, the exhaust is about the only thing that anyone within a half mile can hear.
We just did the Mina intake kit with filters and the sound on the R is nice. You really hear it under load and always adds a simile. Our filters did press on the bumper a lot and I am looking at some offset or even offset with angle filters.
Biggest struggle is getting off the existing hose clamps. almost every one was facing a weird angle.
Noooo! The Mina lower intake cannot be mated to the OEM filter box. Filter cones will need to be used.
Does anyone know the easiest way to gain access to the front mounting bolt for the OEM air box?
I found it easiest to just drop the tray/panel...Then you can reach straight up and reach it with no problem. Alternatively, you can try through the wheel apron, but you have to contort to try to reach up there.
Good luck.

Here are some instructions for you that may help?

I went the full Monte and installed the lower Mina intake with the Provided cone filter. If I eventually find a paper filter that fits, I will Use it. Until then, I will either wash or replace these cones every 3000 miles. Job finished except for tightening the 348,000 underpanel, whisker and fender liner bolts.
I have the upper Mina and a similar lower (Also a tune and lower pulley etc.). I blew by my son-in-law yesterday as I saw him on the main road, and he texted me and said he could hear the SC whine like he was sitting right next to it. It is certainly personal, and subjective, but I would say you can definitely hear it more. I seemed to get more noise from the SC when I put the lower pulley on as well...SC spinning faster. Just one observation for you.
Not yet. I’m right now focused on getting the right screws back into the right holes. One good thing about this setup. It makes filter replacement so much easier. Only the fender liner needs to be removed and no contortions required.
Mina are now selling the lower intake kits, either by themselves or in combo with the upper intake kits, for both the V6 and V8, see here: https://www.minagallery.com/f-type-performance-items/
$573 US seems to be a fair price for the combo kits.
Just waiting on Lance to fill us in on the increased SC whine (likely) and/or increased performance (unlikely) before I splash out!

Oz, they are raking you guys over the coals down there. It's only $415 USD.

Thanks for that, I made a boo-boo.
It's $573 AU not US, an even better deal!
The US/Oz $ exchange rate is crap for us in Oz, I remember going back about five years ago when $1 AU bought $1.10 US, now it's way down around $0.70.

I got the car buttoned up yesterday and the new concrete pour in front of the garage should be dry enough for the car to get over it. Hope to get it out for a test drive today. Even if there is a power increase I doubt it’s enough to be noticeable, but I am hopeful for some noticeable SC whine.
