I have a 2015 Jaguar F-Type. The mirrors no longer fold in when doors are locked and the puddle lights under the mirrors don't function. The doors can also be opened w/o the key fob even though doors are locked and alarm is set. Jaguar wants $675 just to look into the problem, and who knows how much to repair.

 

I have seen posts before about this and someone fixed it by putting in a new battery. They said the battery was starting the car and seemed fine, but putting in a new one fixed several issues such as the folding mirrors. How old is the battery?

 

Before replacing the battery place a battery charger or maintainer on it and leave it there until fully charged and try everything again.
