Default Navigation system upgrade possible?

Hello Guys,
I saw this system but not sure if it would be WORTHY ... to do such an upgrade, as I've read in the past, it isn't worth doing due to existing glitches with the upgrade unit not being perfected at the time.

Has anyone seen this or tried to install this particular unit as an upgrade.
Your thoughts please.
Thank you. Rob

No experience with it, but personally something I'd stay far away from. Not sure the nav unit in my car has ever been on more than once or twice, definitely not worth it to me to roll the dice on something likely to induce electrical shenanigans.

Pretty certain some have taken the plunge in the past around here, with mixed success.

Thanks for your reply Hell Cat.
your response is exactly what I was thinking too but I needed to hear it from another objective person. The risk of issues arising from this upgrade are not worth doing.
Thank you....
