Default New F-Type owner

Nothing like a motived dealer moving 2016 stock at months end. 2016 base coupe with manual trans, 19" wheels and red leather interior. I'll be spending some quality time with the owners manual in the next few days.

manual is good, but I learned more about the car by looking through all the posts in this forum. The thread on stuff you discovered after you bought is especially helpful.

Welcome!

Welcome, I joined F type ownership and this forum two weeks ago when i bought 2015 V8 R with 9000miles driven by previous owner.

Loving it, it's my daily driver , just approaching 2000 miles driven in last two weeks.

Another manual owner!

Suggested first mod: short throw shifter. It's glorious.

+1. Congratulations, and sounds like you got a very good deal.
Been thinking about the short throw shifter myself.

From the manufacturer it is about $317 delivered and it may take them a while to accumulate enough orders to justify a production run. If we do another group buy, I can get one to you for $250. There will still be a 5-6 week lead time to slot production, but a lot faster than waiting for other orders to come in.

More info on the short throw that Unhingd worked so hard to get developed:
1. Thread where forum members start installing it and posting their reviews.
2. Manufactuer's product detail page

Ok. If I can get about 5 firm commitments we can get another order started.
