Yep, agreed, but still plenty of fun. I don't think the noises will get any better with the manual, and I wonder if the ECU programming on the manual will actually produce that same unburnt fuel sound effect from the exhaust.

 

Even with the MT, the ECU on my MINI purposefully provides sufficient excess fuel for the deceleration pops particularly in sport mode. I'm guessing JLR has made certain the F-Type 6 sp. has retained that sound.

 

I hope so, but I want to hear that for myself first.

 

Welcome and congratulatons Gator Skin. To eCho the others it's the first time I see a silver car with light wheels and light interior. Looks quite sharp actually. I am truly jealous of your beautiful weather. I keep telling myself I need a place in FLA to flock during winter months like all these Canucks do. Maybe next winter.
