Rear tires are worn and original I assume. Dealer replaced fronts as part of CPO and they look like new. Pirelli P Zero's in 20" 295/30 for the rear go for $333 a pop, Discount Tire and Tire Rack. I bought the wife a set of discontinued Bridgestones that normally go $260 each for $114 each for here Beetle at Tire Rack. Jag I just got needed rears and I have been shopping around and need to stay with the same tires to match the front. Bam Tire Rack has discountinued P Zero's for $214 each. 2017 Austin Martin which is the same spec as the Jag. Shipping them direct to the installer. Unfortunately that only left them 1 in stock.

 

I would pay extra to switch out the P=Zeros. I did pay extra to ditch my P-Zeros. Speaking as someone who has loved Pirellis since I was in my teens and was actually sponsored by Pirelli for many years, the P-Zeros are the Achilles heels of the F-Types. Please, look up alll the many reviews of people who switched from the P-Zeros to just about any other brand.

 

I needed to match up the front tires and I will most likely switch to Michelin Super Sports which I like on my Maserati. I figure about 15,000 miles is all the rears will last anyway if that.

Once you switch MP4S you will regret every mile you went without them.

 

When I was test driving used F-Types, I got to drive a 2017 with new Michelins and a 2020 with low mileage P-Zeros.
The older car with the Michelins rode much smoother.
My new F-Type came with the P-Zeros, so it is a bit hard to junk them, even though they ride like bricks.
Next time around it will either be the Michelin summer tires or the Bridgestone Potenza all season tires.

 

My rears on 2017 S AWD convertible were shot at 12,000 miles. Replaced with 4 Bridgestone Potenza all seasons, and the change in ride and noise was sensational. I don't track my cars, and live in a 4 season area, so long life, smooth ride and low noise were more important to me than the very best handling. I now have same model year coupe, with only 4,600 miles on the clock. When tire time comes, I suspect I'll go with the Potenzas again. Your mileage may vary.
