Brain fart - yes - I had 21mm on there cause that is all I could find in the black mag type last year. 19mm now.

YELP REVIEW:
SPECIFICALLY FOR THE TIRE CENTER:

Was really apprehensive about taking my Jaguar F-Type R to Costco for new Michelin P4s tires. Many people called me crazy, but their shop really impressed me.

A sale was going on - free install and some other nice stuff so I figured I'd give them a try.

What a pleasant surprise. They took care of all my OCD issues - installed my new lug nuts to even installing my provided black wheel weights!

Stephen there was the tech who did the installation and he assured me he took great care in making sure everything was balanced correctly, torque was to 92-ft lbs, you name it.

SO, SO much better service than Les Schwab and others here locally in Portland. Costco for me in the future - thanks guys!!

But did they align the center caps correctly - growler's chin pointing to the valve?

I thought they were always supposed to be pointing to the ground.

I had my first P-Zero experience the other day. I left a parking lot to turn left onto the street and gave it some throttle. The rear end started kicking out rather quickly. To be honest, it was fun, as I haven't fishtailed a car in awhile, but I wasn't expecting it and in other situations, it could be less than fun. Worse still, it planted more doubt in my mind. For reference, P-Zeros with 4500 miles.

Now I start thinking about replacing my 6 split spoke wheels (is there a nickname for those) with solid black wheels, while I'm at it...

I thought I was the ONLY person with a big enough OCD to do this.

After having center caps broken by un-caring tire shops, I usually remove them before buying tires...Once the tires are installed, I install the caps the way I want!

Definitely not!

I was impressed by the guy who refurbished the wheels on my previous XKR - he aligned the center caps perfectly without any instruction from me! So OCD is alive and well in my part of the world (though I prefer to call it CDO, gotta be in alphabetical order!)

I screwed up and referenced 7mm spacer when I actually have 15mm spacers.

As a result, will I still be okay with:

Front: 265/35/20
Rear: 305/30/20

Thank you

You will scrape in the rear over and significant bumps at speed. I believe that has been said here on the forum by Unhinged and others.

15mm are a great fit for stock size tires.

Yes, with 15mm adapters, the 305s will catch the fender lip. Use a 7mm spacer.

I took one for the team and ordered Falken Azenis FK510 (300 AA rated), $500 less for a set of 4 than the Michelin 4S, keep tuned. Falkens are made by Sumitomo a well established Japanese supplier.

I’ve had those before on my Miata. They grip well, just don’t expect them to last more than 15k miles or so.

I ended up with Continental DWS 06. We’ll see how long they last (warranty for 50k) but so far they grip really well. Even in the dry, much more grippy than the P Zeros. In the wet they are spectacular. Haven’t tried the snow yet.

My biggest gripe with them so far is that they feel a little unresponsive or squishy, like the sidewalls aren’t as stiff or something. I might try upping the PSI a bit to see if that helps.

Yes!!!! I was looking at those on Tire Rack, I used to run Sumitomo and they are great tires! Let us know how the Falken's work, I'm looking at those or the Firehawks (there is a nice one thread dedicated to the firehawks).

Continentals standard on my SLK55 and liked them. They were not DW but Merc spec.
