New Weird Sounds!
So, ended up getting my last "thump" noise fixed, which turned out to be a broken engine mount. I get my car back only to find out that the next day, there's a new sound present.
Essentially, I'm getting a weird squeak/rattle from the rear while going over small bumps at low speeds. I can ONLY replicate it once the car has been running for extended periods of time, which leads me to believe it's heat expansion/heat shield related. If I'm going on short trips, or it's a cooler day, I don't hear anything back there.
Also, the shop that solved my thumping problem did a thorough look in the rear to see if I had any worn suspension/driveline parts, but everything looked good!
Any ideas? I feel like this is the last thing I need to address on this car before it's fully dialed-in.
Thanks!

Just for the record, in case anyone else has this issue, it was a loose heat shield in the center of the car right near a super hot part of the exhaust that would rub and squeak once things got hot enough underneath.
Pushed some of the shield slightly inwards back into place, tightened the bolt way more, and I haven't heard a noise since.
