The OP's wheels are "rotary forged" which is a hybrid process with some casting involved. They are under $2K and save 10 lbs. per wheel over the OEM 20" Gyrodynes.

They also offer fully forged wheels for under $3K, which should be even lighter. I called them yesterday and left a message, but they didn't return my call.
Please let us know what you find out.

Wanna see if they'll make a deal for 2 sets or so? I'd be in around $6k as well.

The first pic is my car and is IRR. The second pic is from the web as I didn't have a close up,of the wheel. It may well be Salsa.

Thanks for the link. Gonna jump on a set. There are a few styles that catch my eye. Have to call to verity the weights though. 40 lbs. of un sprung weight is what's up.

Rotary forged = cast barrel and forged hub/spokes.

I have a set of rotary forged wheels, with no issues so far. The unsprung weight decrease is very noticeable, and greatly improve the dynamics of the car.

Guys...according to this thread:
Official Aftermarket Wheel Weights Thread by N4SM - MBWorld.org Forums

Those style Stance wheels are almost 30lbs each - am I reading something wrong?

Nevermind, it's the SC-1's that weight 30lbs. Looks like the OP has SF03's.

That must have been the cast wheel. The flow formed 10.5x20 they were showing at 24.3 lbs in your link which is really close to what I weighed them at.....

I have the blade wheels too and I love them, but I like the sound of dropping 40lbs of unsprung weight.

Tell us how it feels on the drive.

6K would be much more palatable but that style is not all that.

Good looking wheels Doug. You need to drop that sucka on new springs now and get a huge fixed wing made out of CARBON fiber.

Andrew, the blade wheels look rubbish on black/dark grey jags.
