There was a sudden loud, sharp noise that lasted less than a second and music totally went out. No more sound even from the parking sensors nor from the radio. Turned the car off for about 2 hours and went back to check and came back to this.
Notice how the Audio/Video box is darker and shaded off, I can't click on it nor connect my phone to bluetooth. Radio, parking sensors, and anything else with sound doesn't work. Nav doesn't boot, just gives some sort of loading message. Nothing happens when pressing the buttons on the right side either.
Anyone else have dealt with this issue? I've already disconnected and reconnected the battery to hard reset and nothing. Battery is only 3 months old. Fuses all look good.

Purely speculation but this sounds a little bit like a sudden power surge or spike.. what were you doing when it happened? Were you just driving along?

Just normal driving in a busy road. Got home after driving in silence for 15 min. It was raining if that adds to anything.

Weird. The noise could have been a spike but it also could have been a corrupt signal or interference or maybe the aliens are trying to tell you something 😂 The sound and the behaviour afterwards makes it sound like a module or amp went pop, beyond that wild guess I'm not sure I can help much. I'm interested in it tho and will follow the thread, be sure to post an update when you fix it!
I'd post a photo of the loading message that the nav module shows, as well as any other error messages you've seen... also when you say "parking sensors don't work" do you mean they don't work at all, or is it just the audio that doesn't work?

haha aliens popped my whole audio system.
here’s the message the nav gives, no matter how long I wait nothing it doesn’t change.
and parking sensors work fine, it’s just the Beeping audio that’s gone. Even when I press the screen buttons for instance “setup” it used to make a responsive beep but that’s gone also.
My guess is maybe I need an audio software update?
Have you checked the fuse to the amplifier. It’s in the boot(in the coupe) so you have to take out the tub first. Your issue sound more like a hardware failure to me.
That actually happened to me. In my case, the amplifier was toast. But it can be any component of the Most network in your car. Which is why navigation will have not sound and wont power up even though it's most likely in perfect shape.
When any of the components in the most network goes bad or dies, the car's computer shuts down the whole system.

All the fuses in the trunk looked okay, pulled each one out and turned the car on without them to kinda reset them. Everything normal there.

I actually read on the UK forums someone with similar issues also had their amplifier go out causing all these issues. Did you also end up replacing part number T2R24114?

I honestly don't know, but I'm leaning towards my original speculation of an amp or a module going pop. The short sharp sound sort of suggests to me that it's a hardware issue rather than software, but that's just a hunch and I can't say that with any real confidence. Finding people who had similar issues where it ended up being the amp makes me think I'd be starting there 👍
If you test the amp and it's cactus, before just dropping a new amp in I'd suggest trying to figure out why it died first... For example if it was a short circuit that caused it, you may well drop a new amp in and blow the guts out of it as soon as you start the car.
Good luck!

Problem solved!
Ended up ordering a used amplifier part # T2R24114. Tried to look into dangoesfast's advice but couldn't find any shorts or any bad wiring.. Replaced the amplifier and sure enough worked right away. Maybe the amplifier itself overheated or something, no idea. Glad to have my music back!
