Default Noise from trunk

When I turn off the engine to my V6 R-Dynamic (2021), there is a humming/buzzing sound from the vicinity of the trunk that continues for some time.
While I have not actually measured the length of time, we are not talking just a few minutes. Not sure what else is in the trunk vicinity except the battery.
Is this normal? What is the cause?

I think there's a pump that transfers washer fluid from the back bottle to the front, but I can't think that'd run after switch-off for several minutes. You don't have bees in your trunk?

Doubt anything to do with washer fluid as I have not used any.
When I just sit in the car with the "smart" key, without doing anything, else the sound began.
More like a faint humming sound, like from a small fan.
Seems to come from behind the seats ( this is a convertible) more than the trunk.
No sound from battery area.
Sound begins on entering the car, when the car seems to come "alive" with instrument display beginning to activate (not fully on)
When I press "start" without actually starting the engine, the sound continues.
After exiting the car, the sound continues longer than it takes for the exterior and interior lights to go off.
It lasts until the final dashboard indicators go dead (estimate 4 minutes) but not as long as it takes for red triangle to go off.

Is it a fuel pump?

Still baffled (as usual!)

Vacuum pump for evaporative emission control system? I occasionally hear humming after I shut off the engine but stop hearing it when I walk away. No worries!

Not sure what it is, but I think it is a perfectly normal function. My car also does this on occasion and it has never concerned me nor presented any obvious problem.
