Not everything is dire and gloom and doom—when is the last time our esteemed [former] Chief racing instructor colleague Mahjik posted a picture?—and while the world is “on hold”, life goes on. Serious though this is, there are many positive things which will come from this. I do not look at the world with rose-tinted glasses, merely a glass is half full kind of guy. That or full of something.
Posting the pictures which I and others have done (nice job Mahjik!) is a look back at many very positive and joyful experiences. Experiences which will be recreated again.

Oh man, I had a '72 Triumph TR6 that was brown. Looked great and would probably still have it if it weren't for one small problem. I couldn't sit in it without the top of my head rubbing on convertible roof. I had more hair and the seats were not very adjustable back then.
Back in high school a friend had a hand-me-down Gremlin in metallic brown with stripes on the sides. I could never have a brown car without thinking of that classic. It wouldn't start one day, so he left it where it was (West Oakland BART parking lot) with the keys on the dash. It was still there two weeks later, so he gave it a try. It started, and kept running until he got a $200 "guaranteed trade in" on a Tercel, and the salesman was crying over it.
