2020 3.0L R-Dynamic 380hp AWD
This brand new beauty sat at a dealership for18 mths during covid. It was a special dealer order with about $24k (AUD) in extras, Everything externally is black.
I kept looking at it for around 6mths and finally toyed with the idea of buying it. I checked our local custom number plate website for suitable plates and couldn't believe when I stumbled across "JAGF" and it hadn't been taken after a decade or so of F-Types in Australia.
To me that was the sign to buy...and I added a few more items like paint protection and dark window tint.
2yrs on only 6400km's driven and not one problem. It still looks as new as the day I picked it up.
In Sydney (Australia) F-Types seem to be as rare as hens teeth. I see another one maybe once a year if lucky. It certainly turns heads when I drive it and because the badges are black they often don't know what it is, people call out to me and give a thumbs up, Kids up the street call it the bat mobile. And friends drool over it when they see it. The only downside....everyone wants a ride, but I can only take one lol.
Nice F Type mlbirk. And interesting floor mats. I assume they are special for the new 75th Anniversary models ? I have the upgraded full Windsor leather in my 2019. The floor mats are carpet with Nubuck trim. And showing some wear even though my car only has about 7500 miles. It's not like I am wearing Vibram sole hiking boots while driving either. Hopefully those quilted ones will hold up but I might be inclined to buy some aftermarket mats and put those way.
