Not even close but it is a cool sounding car. Having owned a 350Z Nismo with what is actually one of the most melodic V6s ever, there's just not enough cylinders to make them really sound great, and they don't have the harmony of an inline setup.

I go back and forth on getting an XE as a play car to modify with the V6, but I can't find an exhaust setup I love. I do think a proper header setup could do wonders for it though.

 

Is he the same guy behind the Drive Nation YT channel or is he just taking inspiration from them? Drive Nation has the F-type V6 content. No talking, no annoying music just pure V6 sounds 😍

 

This is a different guy and car. Drivenation is a German guy with an RWD 400. This new stuff comes from a French guy and it's an AWD. Hence the lack of proper power slides I guess. He recently also posted some other video with it.

 

Yeah, those Drivenation vids are awesome. This one I posted just came up in my YouTube feed this morning. Very good production quality.~

Had these v6s been available to purchase new when I bought I definitely would have at least considered it. I love the sound of them. Jaguar did good with these.
