Opinion on Floor Mats
I'm on the hunt for better mats with winter coming but seems the only choice is Weathertech. Functionally, the Weathertech mats are great but they look low rent.. Tuxmat and 3D Mats don't make anything for our cars.. boo..\
Any other options? Don't drive it in winter? lol

@Slip_Angle have you looked at Lloyd's luxe mats? Someone else on the forum recommended, got a pair, they're definitely nice, high pile and you can customize the color/trim: https://www.lloydmatsstore.com/luxe-floor-mats
I bought a set for my 2017 in the fall of 2020. They fit perfectly and clean up well. Not sure how you came to your opinion, but happy to post a photo. I also got the "Jaguar" inserts from:

See also my post #3 at the start of this thread for a different photo, these are taken in my car.
At the time, WT did not have an F trunk mat specific to the car. I had purchased their Universal Trunk mat for the 2018 Corvette. That mat is 'cut to fit'. I only cut off what was absolutely necessary in order to have as much protection as possible. I liked this trunk mat with the raised edge around the center area. Don't usually haul anything that could leak, but that feature would keep that from happening.

Many thanks!
I went with the Lloyd Luxe carpeted mats, as my F-Type will never see snow. I really like them. They take some effort to attach to the floor anchors because they are so thick. and will never come off. More details in the post below.

Agreed, Weathertech's Floorliners are definitely not low rent although Weathertech may also have some other cheaper models which also feel cheaper.
I don't have any pics of mine and only used them one winter but they're brilliant. Excellent fit, great footwell coverage and look good if you only peel off that tacky Weathertech sticker from them.
My F-Type is the third Jag I'm using Floorliners in and they've all been great. The first set I had many years ago started getting a bit sticky after a number of years, a bit like the some of the interior plastics in earlier F-Types, and Weathertech sent me a set of new Floorliners free of charge. Great customer service. In comparison Jaguar's own OEM rubber winter mats are crap.
