Best bet is to see if someone is willing to trade with you. I just pulled off my black ones and are going to another owner for his ignis ones this week.

The eBay link appears to be out of stock on the orange. Anyone have a good one they would like to part with? The lettering is worn on mine and I would like to replace it at some point soon...

Set an email notification. That same seller has a batch every couple weeks. That is where I got mine.

I wonder if the F-Type and the new XE share the same button? Mine is a silver color and I would like to swap it for the orange button so it will give a better heart beat when it lights up. Hard to see in the silver.

Funny the ONE thing that I thought I'd really dislike about the F-type was the 'orange' flappys and start button, but I love them now.

Last night I gently took some 99% iso alcohol to my button and it looks new now, no wear, 19k miles. A spare is smart to get now though as we never know if they will be a rarity down the road.

Default Ignis Orange Start button

Page 18 from 2016 F type brochure.

Parts.com has these for $25. Mine was sent from a nearby Jaguar dealer.

Not even necessary to remove the surround. I just rolled up a thin plastic business card, inserted it around the switch and pulled up. The switch popped right out.

I have the orange button in my 2014 V8S, but it's pretty chipped already. Has anyone had their button replaced as a warranty item?

I believe a few people reported having it replaced under warranty.

Hi All,

Apologies to drag this up from the past - I would like to replace my peeling button (orange). Does anyone have a jaguar part number for this item? Also is it only jaguar directly I can source this from in the UK?

Many Thanks

Dan

Would not surprise me. But my dealer (at least one of them) couldn't get it.

Arrived earlier this week. Now... to keep the same problem from occurring again, I wonder if I can coat or wrap this button....

Can someone give me the USA part number for the black faced button? I found one as Land Rover LR094038. Not sure if this is the correct one?
I bought black shift paddles and would like to replace the orange button. Looks totally out of place in the black interior.
