Have you considered using a mobile repair company? They come to you and do it in the comfort of your own garage and it's a same day job so you are without the car for only a few hours.
Over the years I have put a few scrapes and scratches on the plastic bumpers of my cars, including all three Jags, and on all I have used the same mobile repair bloke to fix them. He is very good and once complete you can't tell there was ever any scrape or scratch, and he blends the new paint into the surrounding panels perfectly. He is cheaper and just as good as getting a full respray of the offending part in a paint shop. And he has never needed to remove the bumper/panel or any badges!
Shop around your area and see what/who you can find.
