I cant help with these two products, but I had some Paramount bits on a previous Jag and was very happy. I did price up the Viezu/Paramount CAI and it was mind numbingly expensive compared with the Mina part, I ended up installing the Mina lower section for noise only. It has made me very happy, and I think it gave a noticeable acceleration bump as well. Assuming the Viezu part to be at least as good in noise + hp gain, it would be worth it, albeit the Mina part might deliver nearly as much for less than half of the cost.
There is no comparison
the mina kit is crude compared to the paramount intake
the paramount fits like a glove with no heat soak issues
expensive yes but perfect fit and sound
only other option is the velocity ap carbon fibre Cai kit
As regards the Mina gallery kit Bruce is talking about the lower part only and Gasman is talking about the whole thing upper and lower.
I'm the same as Bruce with the lower part only and the stock upper part and that has worked perfectly well for me at a small fraction of the price of the Paramount kit.
Yes the upper part of the Paramount kit replaces the stock intake tubes and some argue that the Paramount tubes being bigger diameter are supposedly less restrictive and higher flowing, but IMHO the jury is still out on this.
The other main difference is the upper part of the full Mina kit is mainly metal (alu or SS I'm not sure) vs the Paramount silicon but again I think the jury is out on the Mina kit causing heat soak. No such possible problem with just the Mina lower part.
Bottom line - yes the Paramount kit is probably superior to the Mina kit but no evidence of how much (likely just a little) and the Mina lower kit by itself is a small fraction of the cost of the Paramount kit.
