That linked S badge from AliExpress (the black one) is the exact same one I bought ages ago then stuck on the rear of my F-Type. I bought it because it was the only black S badge I could find at the time, there may be others now available but I suspect not.
As I advised elsewhere it is NOT an exact match for the OEM badge (ignoring the black aspect) in three different ways:
1. The shape is slightly different, mainly the "legs" of the S are about 1 mm shorter than the OEM badge
2. The coloured parts are concave whereas on the OEM badge they are convex (and look a lot better for it)
3. The green is dark green (like on the old pre-2012 "R" badge) as opposed to bright/light green on the OEM badge.

Your link took me straight to the NL version of the Aliexpress page for the badge.

Here's another take on the S badge that I just found: https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/1x-3D-Me...0AAOSwDqlaqhqU
Yes it's an eBay AU link but it should still work for those outside of Oz.

[QUOTE=Unhingd;1889696]The cleanest approach would be to build it from scratch.

One modified approach:
1. remove red/green decal
2. scan OEM badge to .obj file
3. print
4. Acetone vaporize
5. chrome
6. get thin film red/green painted
7. apply film and trim

I've done some additional research. One of the free android phone scan apps will export to an .obj file, which is best for the 3D rendering software I have access to. I am concerned the accuracy may be insufficient for the perfection we need though. As the app is free I will download and try. I am thinking to buy oem r badge w/o awd as if I change mine I don't need that part. Also learned that the 3D printed part can be "acetone vaporized" to make very smooth. It's not a difficult process but need to be careful to not over vaporize. I am still searching for someone with a commercial grade scanner I can use. There are services that will do it, but not going there yet. I modded Unhinged 's outline slightly. Just need some time.

I have a '15 oem R badge ordered and two possibilities for scanning, but after some additional reasearch not as straight forward as I thought, but still working the solution.
