Default Possible to put a R exhaust on an S

I was wondering if it is possible to put the R exhaust on the V6S? This is mostly for aesthetics, I personally think the 4 pipes even out the rear end.

Is this an easy swap or it is more complicated than that?

Definitely not an easy or cheap swap.
You would need the entire R exhaust from the rear axle back, and a complete rear R valance and diffuser, both of which cost a bomb.
Maybe, just maybe, you could swap with an R owner who prefers the S exhaust set up, but I suspect it might not be as simple as that.

I'm actually in the process of doing this. The V6/V8 mufflers have the exact same mounting points. I managed to snag a V8 muffler assembly from a crashed F-Type and I have the lower diffusor at a local paint shop for touch up.

I am look forward to your completed project. I am considering doing this. I am also hoping I can find an exhaust from a wrecked V8. Do you recommend a place to look for parts from wrecked cars?

It appears the rear diffuser/valence is going to cost roughly $3K. The most expensive pieces of plastic ever.

I am looking at adding the SVR titanium exhaust system to my V6 (weight savings). Surely, someone will pull a boneheaded move that totals their SVR.

Good luck. Finding the standard V8 muffler was pure luck. I don't know if the 35lbs you save by going to the SVR exhaust will be worth it unless the seller doesn't know what they are worth or you get it for free. I'll just keep filling my car up 3/4 way for now LOL.

I like the way you think. Why shoot for the R when you can shoot for am SVR exhaust. I like big dreamers.

if you want a mustang exhaust just find a decently populated "cars and coffee" as it lets out. Stand by a bend in the road.

I have a rear diffuser/valance from a 2015 R if you are interested.

Most of these fail videos are of a 'accelerate into a turn' type, but some are really inexplicable. What are they doing to suddenly lose control like that?

The reason I am asking, is that if I don't fully understand how they failed, I am paranoid it could happen to me.
