Default Possible to retrofit Front Parking Aid on 2018 F-Type?

Hi All,

I noticed a mention of retrofitting auto high beam assist in another thread which made me wonder, is it reasonably doable to add the Front Parking Aid function to a car that wasn't ordered with it? That's the only option that my wife's car wasn't ordered with that she'd like to have. I assume this would involve sourcing the sensors, drilling the holes and mounting them, then connecting the wiring to likely existing connectors, then telling the computer that they exist. In the auto high beam thread someone referred to "editing ccf files".

Has anyone done this, or is anyone familiar with the process?

I know that anything is technically possible but most things such as this are simply not worth the time/effort/expense, but I'm curious if this is simple on these cars or prohibitive. That AHB post led me to believe this might not be as bad as I'd expect. I should also note that I'm referring to the parking aid with the proximity tones and graphic, not parking assist which parks the car for you (that's not retrofittable, is it?).

Thanks,

--Josh
