Power steering or Coolant Leak?

Power steering or Coolant Leak?
Hi. I realize it's a little difficult to tell from these pictures but does anyone know if this is a power steering fluid leak or a coolant leak. The orientation is on the drivers side facing forward and just a little bit in front of the supercharge belt.
Right now, there's not enough of a leak to tell by the smell and my power steering fluid housing was leaking previously. It stopped after I simply replaced it with a new cap.
In terms of fluid loss, I don't notice any coolant or power steering fluid loss at all. But, I think I'm leaning more toward coolant as it appears to have less velocity that power steering fluid. So, probably the leaky Y pipe?
Thank you,

Check the water pump for seepage. If the leak is small, it can be detected with a pressure tester.
After a cold soak, preferably overnight, pressurise the cooling system to 1 bar and check for a drop in pressure after 10 minutes. If there is a drop in pressure on the tester gauge, look for leaks around the water pump, water outlet under the supercharger and from the rear heater pipe.

However, if it's around the front of the engine there is a known weakness for coolant leaks from the outlet pipe below the supercharger. The remedy is a replacement pipe, and the replacement produced now is of better quality than the original part. Unfortunately, you or your mechanic need to take half the front of the engine off to get at it! Cost me £688 to have fixed - the pipe itself was £38!
