Default Project 7 Roll Racing

Thought you guys might be interested in seeing a Project 7 being used at a runway event in Albany, Western Australia.

It’s my Dad’s car that we both drove over the weekend (my supercharged M3 was broken in typical BMW fashion).

Most of the event was 800m (1/2 mile) roll races and Sunday afternoon was standing kilometre V max runs.

Car ran flawlessly all weekend and was super consistent, all three of my KM runs were within 0.4kmh and 0.2 seconds.

It wasn’t down the pointy end of the field, fastest cars there were a twin turbo Gallardo and a R32 GTR who both went 324kmh, followed by the usual list of Nissans, Supras, Commodores and Falcons.
But we had heaps of fun, won Crowd Favourite and got a huge amount of positive attention.
Car is now getting it's first service and a very thorough detail

Cool! Did you by chance get a breakdown (such as 0-400m or 0-100 KMH)?

It definitely gets used, he drives it regularly and we've taken it out on track as well.
I didn't push too hard (it's not mine) and was doing the same times I do going flat out in my stripped out e36 M3 on R comps .

It's probably the way that 'recommended' threads get referenced at the bottom of other threads.

About the Mercedes, does that model have two batteries, one under the hood and one in the trunk. If so, check the one in the trunk.

As eeeek suggested it was probably the "related' threads" that show up at the bottom of the page.
You can switch them off in your control panel "Edit Options" section.

It was - thanks for the tip. I'll switch the feature off to avoid the same mistake.
