Default PSI for Coolant System Pressure Test

Hello all! I've been reading the forums for quite some time and completed my registration so I can start to contribute. I was wondering what the forum consensus is on the recommended psi for doing a coolant system pressure test for my 2015 R?
The radiator cap says 200 KPa which is roughly 29 PSI but that sounds like quite a bit of pressure to put into the system when most vehicles I own have been between 15 and 20 psi. Any help you can provide would be appreciated.

Thank you Dennis. I was slightly confused by the radiator cap reading but my intuition told me otherwise.

The original caps are listed at 200 KPa, which is exactly as you say, 29 psi. Very high pressure for any automobile coolant system if it reaches that level, especially given the fact that there are many plastic components. I chose to replace this with a cap rated at 140 KPa. Absolutely no negative effects.

I've heard this as well and I've been considering it for a while.
