Hello, just had the near side (left side) rear quarter light trim (black) replaced at the Dealer, on our new 2021 Reims Edition, due to it starting to peel off!. See pictures, left effected side and right good side. Any body else had this problem?

 

Another common issue for F-Type. Both side of my 2017 FT peeled off this year.

 

I had exactly the same problem on my MY21 P450 after about 6 months, on the same side as yours coincidentally - picked the car up in March 2020. Sorted under warranty and been fine ever since (touch wood!)

 

Rear near side Quarter Light Trim replaced by dealership in Southampton, UK (Hendy Jaguar) under warranty. But when I was in there, waiting to pick my car up, I noticed the same problem on a brand new car (P450) in the showroom. May be, like you say, a common problem. One problem to get on top of Jaguar!
