I want to wrap the cover on the front bumper in the grill of my 2016 f-type. Can this be pried out so that I can wrap it on the bench or do I need to just crouch down and wrap it on the car?

 

IT can be removed, but not by prying. You need to remove all the bolts, some of which are accessible from inside the wheel wells. There are Youtube videos for this, most of which are related to changing the grill.

 

I'm assuming that you mean the black bumper across the grill itself, not the entire body-colored node piece. Unfortunately, I don't think it's possible to remove without removing the whole thing. It may be, but I found a post in a quick search that says definitely not:
