Recall notice before first payment,lol...!
What is the issue the recall addresses?
I think it's specifically the V6 model,it's J044...
F Type V6 recall - PistonHeads
Says it takes 2 hours,I have an appointment for next Monday...my biggest issue is having anyone IN my car so I spend about 15 minutes covering everything in 2" wide blue painters tape that might get feet dragged across them as well as covering my steering wheel and light grey suede seats...and I'll still find marks and/or greasy fingerprints all over my car!

It doesn't apply to all V6s, or at least not my 2014. I'm going in for first oil change Thursday and had the dealer service manager run my VIN today. He said there were no outstanding recalls.
A lot of these recalls apply to a limited production period only affecting a relatively small number of vehicles.

Anyways,I'm having the recall done at my local dealer I did not buy from so I guess I'm going to need to warn them about not changing my license frame or insert.
I usually go in with an absolutely spotless car all covered and masked as I mentioned, when they come out to put down the temporary paper mat, they can see there's one there already...you know...nutjob stuff so they know they're not working with the average bear, lol!

Buick,
I wouldn't worry. I remember F-Typical mentioning he took his car in for the same thing and apparently involves a simple procedure involving torquing one bolt. Sounds like a wrench was not working properly during a certain period.
