The come standard with what Jaguar calls "Super performance brakes"
That comes with these rotors: 380mm front, 376mm rears

Ok so since they have only one type of red brake calipers, we can assume that a v6 f type coupe 340hp with red calipers has super performance brakes?

Best way to know is to measure the rotors.
Someone could have painted the calipers.

At some point, red calipers were optional with the V6S ‘High performance’ brakes (380/326), black was standard. Standard brakes on base were ‘performance’ (gray).

Edit: hmm, this doc says I have it wrong, for 2014, at least, red was an option for ‘super performance’ (380/376)…

Thank you for the info, this was exactly what I was looking for!! Turns out my F type v6 340hp has super performance brakes which was quite surprising to me since they are the one used on the R models. The files that you shared state that the red colour only comes as an option for the super performance brakes!!

My 2014 (MY2015) V6S came with the "high performance" brakes (380 mm front and 325 mm rear) and red brake calipers with the "Jaguar" text on the front anti-rattle springs. So either it changed from MY2104 to MY2015 or that first doc is wrong/misleading. My money is on the first doc being unclear and misleading, in that red brake calipers were an option on the "high performance" brakes but it reads as though they were an option only on the "super performance" brakes.
Also I don't think I have ever seen an F-Type R (ie with the "super performance" brakes) with black brake calipers, they all seem to be red (except for the yellow CCM brakes).
Bottom line - just coz the brake calipers on your F-Type V6 are red does not mean they are the "super performance" (380 mm front and 376 mm rear) brakes, they could well be the "high performance" (380 mm front and 325 mm rear) brakes. I *think* the base model "performance" brakes (355 mm front and 325 mm rear) came only in grey or optional black and red was never an option for them.

I have never read of or heard of a base model V6 (340PS) having the "super performance" brakes and 99% that I know of have/had the standard base model brakes - 355 mm front and 325 mm rear.
As said before MEASURE THEM if you want to be sure what brakes you have!
All you need do is take a rough measurement of the diameter of the discs/rotors (that is what 380/355/325 is referring to), you don't even need to take any wheel(s) off to do that.
Edit - I can tell just by looking at close up pics what brakes you have so if you can take some reasonably close up and clear pics and post them up (no need to take any wheels off) that would help a lot!

Thanks for the pics (that was fast).
Sorry, bad news.
You have the base model brakes, 355 mm front and 325 mm rear.
The red does not look like the factory red colour to me, my guess is someone / a previous owner has painted them.

I looked at my spec **** and it is written : BRАКЕ CALIPERS-RED
PERFORMANCE BRAKE PROGRAMME

I am the first owner of the car so no chance someone painted it hahaha

Yep it's easy to confuse those brake specs.
Performance = base 355 and 325
High Performance = mid range, stock on the V6S, 380 and 325
Super Performance = top of the range (excluding CCM), stock on the R, 380 and 376.
So "Performance Brake Package" is misleading, it suggests something special or extra, when in fact it is the most basic/smallest brake set-up on an F-Type.
Based on what you say the calipers must have been painted red in the factory, first time I have seen that on a base model F-Type. Maybe it was a just another of the unusual specs/options that were sometimes available on Middle East market cars?

Thank you for the information, in that case I think it’s the only possible explanation, I bought my car at Jaguar Morocco which is directly affiliated to Jaguar Land rover Middle East. I went on Topix which is the official Jaguar website that gives you info about your spec and the history of your vehicle with your VIN number, and it was still written Red Brake calipers on option, since my car was produced the end of 2016 maybe it’s a spec that you find on the last models before the facelift

Sorry but black calipers were a cost option on the R and i have them as i payed for them.
I have a firesand R and the red calipers clashed with the orange, same with the front grill badge which was red so i changed it to a black one.
