After s year since my warranty expired, I finally got an email inviting me to renew my Remote subscription for $69 per year. I had limited use of the app before renewal. It showed my journeys and tank volume. I could not lock or unlock remotely and some of the security parameters we reported incorrectly. Now everything works. I can call for emergency service with three button on the car but I have to pay. Still worth it.

 

HI... I know this is a few years old but where exactly did you renew the remote app? My maps were due to expire at the end of August, and I easily extended that for another 3 years. Knowing my Remote app is going to also expire, I can't find anywhere in InContorl to do so. Any advice?

 

I got a reminder email so I just clicked the link in that. It took me to https://shop.incontrol.jaguar.com/en.../subscriptions

I got reminders at 60 and 30 days to expiry.

 

My maps were due to expire 31 August so that makes sense I saw the reminder. I believe my remote app is around the same date. Will wait and see
