Default Replacement Tire Sealant

If this info is already known by the forum members I apologize for being a Captain Obvious. I went looking for replacement tire sealant for my 2015 since the existing bottle was way out of date. Apparently the actual Conti stuff is not available unless you want to purchase the whole kit including pump. What I did find was Airman Tire Repair Sealant Unibottle that is made to use with any pump. Its $20 at Amazon, is the same volume as the Conti bottle and fits the hole in the styrofoam thing perfectly. As a bonus, it does not ruin the pump and hose when you use it - your pump connects to the bottle and forces the goop out thru its own dedicated and disposable tube. I cannot comment on how good the stuff works and hope to never find out but it provides a sense of security when traveling without a spare. My bottle says it expires in 2027 so good for 5 years.

I don't recall any discussions on this (but that almost certainly means I'm wrong). I think what you have here sounds like a good alternative.

I put a bottle of Slime in my trunk, but was really hoping for a solution like this. Having it fit in the existing hole and doesn't make a mess of the tire are big plusses!!!

I sourced a replacement bottle of Conti sealant from Harper Jaguar.

Thanks for the reminder, since mine's dated 06/2017. The Airman looks promising - a bit smaller in volume than the Conti (450ml vs 560ml), but should work.
