Replacing drip rails

I am going to be replacing both drip rails, has anyone done this that could help me out?

I am having trouble picturing what you mean by drip rails… Can you clarify? And why do they need replacing?

The shiny bits that frame the upper part of the windows? Mine are discolored and I looked into replacing them. $900ea, just for the part. I may wrap them.

Ah…the window trim pieces. Yes, they are expensive to replace. There was a thread on this a few years ago and I think the outcome was wrapping as being less intrusive, cheaper and perhaps best of all, removable.
