Still working today (day 2) after 170 miles!!
But all it does is complicate the diagnosis.
Now, I am less optimistic about the replacement sensor fixing the problem.
Starting to feel like a loose connection gremlin.
This poblem has been intrmittent now for several months.

Pulling a fuse , especially one that isnt related to the BSM isnt going to reset anything.
Once a module is faulty it wont magically start working again so I agree that it does suggest a loose connection. Maybe it does narrow it down to somewhere within the fusebox itself given this is the only thing you jiggled.

same thing happened to me. When it first happened, I checked the fuse which was nearly out. I pushed it back in and the system worked. A few drives later, it died again. So, I messed with the fuse box, replacing the fuse, jiggling wires, etc. Still nothing. I climbed under the car and the driver side harness plug going into the sensor looks like a 5th grader would the wires. Juggled all that and it worked again for one drive.

I'm leaning towards a faulty connection also. Unfortunately dealerships only know how to throw parts at a problem. I doubt theyll ever figure out a loose connection unless they start replacing pigtails. Ugh

Well, out of nowhere my BSM and cross traffic started working again. So, I'm not convinced it's a bad sensor like the dealer thinks. I think it's a loose connection or wiring issue that I'm sure will take several dealer visits for them to figure out as they throw random parts at the issue. Ugh

Mine is still working!!
This has been a recurring intermittent issue since the car was new.
The first time the dealer simply said to wait a few days for the problem to go away!!
And it did!!
Then it came back again , and again, and again!!
My next appointment is December 8th after we get back from a trip.
Supposedly they will have the new sensor by then.
Almost certainly not the sensor, so not sure how they will run it down if it is still working by then.
Let me know if you get yours fixed for real before mine and what they found - I'll do the same.

deal! Our dealerships should connect and share notes! Lol
I'm wondering of the outside temp has anything to do with this issue. I havent driven my car for a couple weeks. Today it was 45 degrees and it has been working. Could be over heating a sensor or expansion or contraction is jiggling a lose connection, idk. Spitballing at this point.

I am actually hoping it will stop working again so that they have something to fix.
My car lives in heated (50F) garage. The problem is usually apparent at start up.
It did fix itself under way at least once.

Cgo: Any progress with your car?
The replacement sensor is in for mine and I have an appointment Friday.
It is still working, so not sure what progress to expect.

Just spoke to the dealer. Wth both new sensors installed, the car is still throwing a fault code.
They are trying for help from JLR but given the Xmas/New Year timing I can see this dragging into 2022.
