S tune on base v6?

S tune on base v6?

Are there any mechanical engine differences between the 2 engines or is it just software? If software how difficult is it to get the 380 or 400hp onto the 340? Anyone done it?

I just had a ECU tune on my base V6 last friday.
Stock -> 343 bhp
2 hours later -> 402 bhp

No mechanical difference, all tune.

Will be 3 years (I think) since I had the tune+pulley installed. Well over 400HP on my base. Not an issue so far after 20K miles or so.
